「Welcoming staff, Room was very comfortable and housekeeping was excellent room made up to a high standard every day of stay. Breakfast was very good ate in restaurant 2 nights of stay food was really nice. Excellent location on seafront near electric tram and steam railway To sum up we all have enjoyed our stay at the Empress hotel」

「部屋の広さも十分で、アトリウムに面したテラスが非常に良い。 また隣接してレストランがあり、遅い到着で食事の心配があったが、リーズナブルに食事をすることができた スタッフも非常に気さくで良かった。」

「ホテルの方は大変いい方ばかりです。設備面はエレベータがないことと、トイレやシャワーが室内にないのは不便です。特に鍵を持ってトイレに行くのは清潔感はあるのですが、煩わしいです。あと食事時間、日曜の夜は終了時間が早すぎます。 シャワーの操作盤が高いところにありすぎます。もっと位置を変えないと操作が大変です。室内の棚やシャワー室のタオル掛けなどきちんと止まっていないために物がずり落ちたりします。」

「仕事で利用しました 火災で焼失し、数か月前にリニューアルオープンしたとのこと。まだ設備も新しく、SPA等設備も来年にはオープンされるとのことです。 スタッフもフレンドリーで、請求書も当方リクエスト通りのものを後日メールで着実に送付していただけました。 空港からも近く、休暇で行くには良い場所かもしれません」

「Great Location, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable but room was very basic. An older building so one has to live with certain limitations. No Wifi available on 2nd floor. Shower was low pressure and did not get very warm. However all things considered would stay here again.」

「Best hotel on the Promenade. Elegant, dark wood, beautiful artwork. Clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar. Claire, Tim & Tony run a top notch hotel. Love it. ❤️ Jack is an ace in the bar and restaurant 👌. Only slight 'complaint' I can imagine is, They should offer better pillows or different types, goose or foam would've been better than current pillows. Would highly recommend.」
