「値段の割にファシリティが良くない。 部屋にはテレビ、冷蔵庫もないし、空調もない。小さい扇風機のみあるが、音がうるさくて眠れない。虫が入るので窓も開けられない。 ２泊したが、食事のメニューはほとんど同じなので連泊は微妙かも。 2階でも部屋からはマニャラ湖は木で全然見えない。」

「We had a wonderful stay at Elephant Lodge. The staff were friendly and very attentive, the pool was clean, the food was excellen and the rooms were superb. The most amazing thing was the wildlife we could see and hear from the pool, restaurant and our own rooftop terrace. We skipped a trip to the park because the surroundings were so spectacular. Would like to come back very soon!」

If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit. 「What an amazing experience! Sleeping quarters for 5 people were right but the price was right and space didn’t matter when waking up to zebras, wildebeests and monkeys in your front yard! Food was great, drinks were great, and staff was lovely. I saw some people complaint about hot water but it’s Africa! What do you expect?!! A cold shower was nothing to complain about when all that wildlife is passing through your camp! 」

「They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.」

「I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport」
