「The inside of the house was satisfactory. The outside is in need of maintenance quite a bit. The outside areas where in need of paint, landscaping maintenance, and fencing is in a bad state. It truly could be a great opportunity for more income if it was in a better condition. Grass was not even mowed. We did like that the yard has different areas set up and the hot tub was great. We used the pizza oven the 1st night and that was a new experience for us.」
