「Location of property was excellent. Many places to eat and shop. Liked the check in staff. Young and efficient.」

「The hotel was overall just fine. The hot tub jets were very weak, but they were at least at a manageable height. The only ice machine was on the first floor. The toilet was normal with the toilet paper within reach (which you would think is not hard to find, but it really is). There were very long hairs both in the toilet paper and inside the clean towels. If housekeeping kept their hair pulled back it could be easily avoidable. The fridge and elevator worked but the elevator had the worst smell...

「This is a beautiful hotel with delightful staff. The restaurant on-site is wonderful! Parking at this hotel is disappointing. I was there on a Sunday and paid $20 to park in a lot across the street. Afterwartds I realized that I could have left my car parked on the street for free and been closer to the hotel. I had a disabled friend join me for dinner (the restaurant is amazing!), but parking was an issue. There is no handicapped parking outside the hotel. The valet parking attendant indicated...

「Very pleasantly surprised! Read mixed reviews but the property itself was much more updated than i was expecting it to be. Nice and quiet. Shout out to housekeeping because everything was spotless! Really decent breakfast with variety of options (not just cereal and fruit). The staff was where i was most impressed. Was running extremely late but had reservation. Rooms were filling up quick so the front desk needed to charge my card to secure room but it didnt go through due to fraud protection....
