「Great hot tub」

「Hotel is a bit dated. Beds a little hard. The fan in bathroom was very loud. Breakfast was a good selection but needed to be maintained by the staff in terms of cleanliness. The hotel is further away from the main street. For the price I was expecting a bit more.」

「Beautiful historic property right in the middle of Durango. The amenities are quaint, not as modern as most, but it adds to the charm.」

「Second day of our stay, the room was not cleaned and we did not receive fresh towels. Front desk was not available by phone. Had to go downstairs to ask for towels. Also, the breakfast sign was on display, however it was closed. We received a text in the evening stating the restaurant was closed due to an employee called in sick.」

「The lady who worked hard everyday, Brandie, to keep everyone fed in the morning did an excellent job. The other staff were very responsive to our needs. The room had no bathroom amenities, lotion, etc.」

「The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and...

「My husband & I wanted to visit Mesa Verde so we looked for properties in the area. We read about Mancos, so we looked at the Mancos Inn as well as other locations; we decided on the Inn! We were very happy with our decision! We stayed in room 1 which had exactly what we needed including a private bathroom. We could also use the kitchen & grill on the property.
