「Nicely positioned in the City with access to major banks, cafeterias and transportation. The hotel is managed by Lebanese it seems, resulting in degraded service quality. At times I see Lebanese guys at the reception desk, sometimes a woman of Lebanese descent or similar…. The hotel is not as glamorous as I thought 」

「L'hotel est excessivement cher pour le service rendu. Déjà en arrivant le wifi ne marchait pas. Ensuite la piscine était immonde (voir photo), et personne ne la nettoye. La chambre est vieille et n'est pas propre : insectes morts, lezard vivant dans la chambre. Pas de produits de douches. Une serviette très petite. Une semaine complète à l'hôtel mais personne ne change la serviette de la salle de bain, les draps ne sont jamais changés, le sol jamais nettoyé. Pour avoir du papier toilette il faut...

「Bonne emplacement pour les touristes qui visitent le coin. Petit déjeuner nul vraiment, savon a la douche il faut demander. On nous a dit que pour avoir une cuillere il fallait demander la veille. Alors qu il ya le bouilloire pour la tisane(propre). En tout cas calm pour le repos. Piscine accessible a tout moment」
