「Property is beautiful and staff is amazing. Issue is our AC in the room broke down during the night and It didn’t come til next day 10am and it was 34 Celsius or 94 Fahrenheit . 」

「隣のug bay に2泊、こちらに2泊しました。ホスピタリティや設備は良いのですが、二回目に行くかと聞かれたら、正直NOです。理由は三つあります。ビーチが目の前ですが、遠浅で、底がサンコの死骸とヌルヌルで泳げません。食事が美味しくありません。お客が少な過ぎて寂れています。何でこの評価か付いているのか疑問です。ハズレのホテルでした。」

「The staff was very friendly and the yoga session conducted for us in the morning is very good. The yoga instructor makes a real effort to help us learn yoga. Food was nice and the rooms were clean. Overall, it is a great place to relax and spend a weekend. I would definitely return to this hotel again. 」

「"Sea view" heisst hier direkt am unverbauten Strand sein Zimmer zu bekommen (mit aufmerksamer Bewachung) - wunderbar. Der Pool ist sehr gross und für Streckenschwimmen geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Der Manager ist überall sichtbar und führt sein Resort ausgezeichnet. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!」

Very disappointing. Floor staff were literally scared of us asking for anything because of the state of facilities. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. 」

「Lovely Oceanside property. Great staff. We stayed in a loft room which gave a little extra space. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. This hotel is situated on a coral reef so there is really no sandy beach and not suitable for swimming. However it is a short walk to the main Passekudah beach. 」
