「This is a very unique and comfortable property. Felt like home. The neighborhood offered all the amenities within walking distance. Great communication with the owner and on-site contact. Highly recommend.」

「The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

「Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide. 「We booked this place based on the location map, which placed the property walkable to our daughter’s apartment. We received an email from VRBO the day of check in with a different location, then an email from the owner giving us yet a third location, at least a 15 minute drive from my daughter’s apartment. The apartment had NO toilet paper, which was not easily remedied at 9:00pm when we arrived. The final nail in the coffin was the upstairs neighbor who was doing some sort of frenzy of...

「We stayed one night. Description was accurate.」
