"I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. "

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "The let was clinically clean and poorly designed ithe a ground floor shower room / loo accessible through the Kitchen area and lounge and with no upstairs ablution arrangement. The motor exit is EXTREMELY dangerous to the unwary and I would not return for this reason alone"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lovely beach vibe and has everything you need. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats."
