「Great location right in the middle of everything」

「Poorly staffed restaurant; they were good though. The room and the building of the room was horrific and in dire need of maintenance and updating. I feel ripped off. The property has much potential, but the rooms *8 of us traveled here* were in poor condition. The footprint/floorplan is excellent but needs major repairs and renovation. My door stuck 」

「Phone didn’t seem to work in our room so couldn’t use it to order room service… ended up going to bar to order.」

「Great location to walk around downtown Fredericksburg or to the Pacific War Museum. Nice outdoor seating if you are a smoker or like to get a bit of fresh air. Breakfast is minimal (oatmeal, pastries). We struggled with the humidity and the request to keep the AC at 70 or above. Covered parking right next to each unit. Very affordable.」

「The room we paid for was not at all what we expected. The bed was super high, like a giant was to sleep there! Meanwhile, the bathroom toilet and bath were super low, like it was meant for kids only. It seems the soundproofing was not good at all. At midnight, we got woken up by the noise of the people upstairs directly from us. Needless to say, we were not able to get back to sleep. All in all, I guess you get what you pay for.」

「Perfect "glamping" getaway! Everything you need while enjoying nature. Unit 11, Favored, was fully equipped, super clean and enjoyable. Asked for clean pool towels and we got them quickly. Hot tub was amazing and relaxing with privacy. Looking forward to coming back for our next anniversary! ❤️❤️」

「This place was a delight. Wd arrived later than the scheduled hours and panicked when I finally read the directions as we were arriving. They took care of it and left an envelope with a key and instructions. The room was lovely--steep stairs (not suitable for able-challenged or small kids) led up to the room. 「Chris greeted us at check-out and noticed we were a family of 4. He offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king suite, as he saw there was availability. He was incredibly hospitable. The breakfast selection was very good and the entire hotel was clean and well kept. 」
