「The hotel served my putpose. A bit too priced, but it was okay.」

「Friendly and professional staff. The room was spacious and accommodating for our family. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Continental breakfast was the standard selections and the coffee was drinkable.」

「We came to stay the weekend to visit friends. The whole place was very nice and clean, but there was a weird chlorine stench to the whole place despite them not having a pool. It was not as bad in the room, but still very disturbing. I'm just assuming this is from too much bleach use but don't really know. I still highly recommend as it is really nice! 」

「The staff consists of a very nice and accommodating couple. They went over and above to make our stay perfect. We were there for a high school fishing tournament. They made sure we had parking with power outlets to charge our boat batteries, for the next days fishing. The owner called me several hours after we checked to let me know that they found some money in our room. Sure enough I had dropped my cash in the room as we hurried out at 4 am. 「The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. It could be a very cute place with a little effort. 」

「We had a great time. They house was clean as in a great location. Check in was easy and Mrs Nonie was great. We will definitely be back when visiting our son. 」

「We rented this property to attend our daughter’s graduation from La Tech along with several family members. The house has been beautifully redone and was very clean. The host had several little nice touches - water, popcorn, flip flops, fuzzy socks, toiletries and even sleep masks. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and we even had additional guests over after graduation and never felt crowded. It was very close to the college but the neighborhood was a little ran down.I gave 4 stars...

「Great property to stay on Candy Creek. Pros: Location, cleanliness of the property, starlink WiFi and host Con: Driveway was a little small and difficult to fit a bass boat but we made it work. Overall a great little weekend trip!」
