「Very friendly and responsive staff! Place very decent and clean, plenty of pillows and blankets. All good and would stay there again! 」

「Hotel was very nice, newer.... But ice machine was broken, staff didn't offer any alternative... There were a few cockroaches.... For the $, you get what you pay for I guess」

「Extremely quiet and peaceful. Amazing place to enjoy family time. Great hiking trails, fishing spot, backyard for the dogs and kids. Huge fire pit for fires everynight. Everything you need available inside for you to use. Theres also an extremely sweet cat that will go with you wherever you go. Host makes it extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The house for perfect for what we were needing! Loved how open and nice the house was! It is a beautiful home! The only downfall was I was hoping to do some food prep for our son and daughter’s baby shower and the kitchen did not have many utensils to be able to do that. I just went to my son’s so it was not a problem!! Thank you for sharing your home! 」

「The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space.」
