「We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head...

「Clean and comfortable. Everything was included in the kitchen for cooking/eating. We stayed when it was very cold out so we couldn’t enjoy the beach but it is beautiful here. 」

「The cabins were cozy. The walls were very thin and felt like the interiors were original from the 40s or the 50s and there was old wiring and outlets but it gave it a rustic feeling that I liked. Beach was nice but we didn't go swimming. The shower was tiny but a bigger shower will not fit so I can't complain. It was nice.」
