「We booked two rooms, but one had a terrible smell. When we asked to switch, the front desk had no other rooms available and only offered to let us leave for another hotel without penalty. Since we arrived at 8:00 PM after a long day of driving and had an early start the next morning, moving elsewhere was completely impractical. We were forced to stay in uncomfortable conditions. Very poor experience and lack of service solution」

「The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were able to enjoy the giant back yard playing wiggle ball and also relax on the deck.
Great proximity to town and amenities. Theresa was also responsive and accommodating. When we visit Grandma again we will definitely rent this house.」
