"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"We stayed at villa ad Astra for a stay with our 1 year old baby. The whole stay was absolutely perfect, the manager Nilanga and the staff at the property were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. As a family we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Before we arrived we communicated with the organisers and the communication was prompt and very helpful.
