「夕食がビュッフェ（3500ルピー）か中華レストランしかなかった。ビュッフェを食べられるほど胃腸の調子が良くなかったがスリランカ料理が食べたかったのでルームサービスにしました。」

「ダンブッラ石窟寺院まで徒歩すぐでバス停も近く場所も非常にわかりやすかったです。 ただ、部屋は隙間だらけでヤモリがかなりいてました。バスルームのドアも閉まらず虫が苦手な方はかなり厳しいと思います。言えばフロントで殺虫剤を貸してもらえました。スタッフはみな感じがよかったです。」

「Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「運良く部屋がアップグレードされてて、思いがけずバスタブに浸かることができました。夕方チェックイン後、プールに入りましたが、建物の影でプールに日差しが当たらず少し肌寒かったのは、残念でしたが、レストランのスタッフは、皆さんフレンドリーで総合的には、いいホテルだと思いました。食事も美味しし、2階にあるので、景色がいい。」

「This is great value for money with easy access to all the local sights. We spent two days here and from the wonderful welcome until we left they were attentive and friendly. There is a fantastic pool which is needed after day trips out and about. 」

If you want to have a relaxing holiday, not doing much but hanging out by the swimming pool, cycling around rice fields, enjoying locally produced organic vegetable meals away from crowds of tourists and being attended to by friendly staff - here is your spot. It is in the midst of the nature so if you have limited tolerance to wild life, maybe reconsider, but I consider such place in this world today as a hidden gem. It was a perfect get away for us...
