「スタッフの方は、とても親切。下のカフェの料理も美味しい。2階のバルコニーは風通しがよく、気持ちがよい。この辺のホテルの中ではもリーズナブルな方だと思う。カーテンはあるが、部屋が廊下とガラス張りになってたのが少々気になるポイント。」

「実はここに宿泊予定が当日、地域全体水関係のトラブルで、ご兄弟の所に変更でした。（ヴィラドミニク）のオーナーもとても親切で丁寧にトラブルの件誤って下さり、チェンジしたところもとてもとても親切で快適でした。旅行初日だったのでスタート気分良かったです」

「空港からタクシーで20分ぐらい。入り口が少しわかりづらい。ホテルの人は親切で、朝ごはんのオムレツが美味しかった！見た目普通のお家みたいで、家具かわいかったけどシャワーはお湯がちゃんとでなかった。」

「We stayed some Nights and were Really glad about our stay. We have now 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and First Location we give 5 Stars Isuru Buildet a very Lovely Place there and is very helpful from breakfast to Dinner. Its close to Dambulla, Sigiriya and Polonaruwa. We Are driving with pur own Car, the Location is easy to find, Car parking is inside the Area. The private area is Safe with a fence arround. 「価格の割に広めのお部屋とベランダです。ベランダからは海がちらっと見えます。トイレも広めでゆったりしています。蚊よけの蚊帳も装備されています。蚊は居ないように思いました。金庫っぽいものがありましたが使用しませんでした。クローゼットも大きいです。＊鍵は壊れてましたが。窓が多いので、朝は明るく気持ちよかったです。階段しかないので、荷物の移動は少し大変かもしれません。隣のカフェの昼食が美味しかったです。」

「l'hotel ne prend pas en compte les réservations réalisées par expedia. ils ne repondent pas au telephone, nous avons du payer plus cher que le prix annoncé dans notre réservation. on peut trouver des hotels de bien meilleure qualité pour le même prix. le petit dejeuner etait bon. 」

「Very clean room and comfortable bed. The owner prepared mosquito smoke for us. He was very kind and helpful. I especially like the breakfast! Fresh fruit, bread and eggs:) Very nice hotel!」

「Rasika a member of staff was awesome. He seemed to do everything, from cooking to serving to carrying your bags. He went over and above. Great value for miney and the food was good and large portions.」

"人もよく、部屋も広く、冷房やシャワーにおいても不便なく、快適でした。キャンディ駅から少し丘を登った場所にあるので、下りは問題ないですが上りはトゥクトゥクに頼った方がいいかもしれません。そのかわり静かで、景色はいいです。"

"森の中にあるとても素晴らしいホテルでした。広い敷地内を散歩したり、猿がベランダに来てくれたり（少し乱暴者）他では味わえない異空間です。夕食と朝食のブッフェは品数も多く、とても美味しく頂きました。但し、年季が入ってるせいか、洗面台の下が水浸し（大した量ではない）になったが、それを引いても余りある素晴らしいホテルでした🏨強くお勧めします。"
