「Water was salty. Sometimes there's no hot water. But it's ok. The most irritating thing was the reception. They wouldn't try to solve your problems or apologize.」

「Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...

「Gorgeous location and beautiful property. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. The road leading to the location is a bit rough, but doable. Walking outside the hotel isn't super easy.」

「This is a very nice property in West End. The staff is extremely helpful and has great recommendations. The grounds are always immaculate. The views of the sunset can't be beat, right from your balcony or with a beer in the pool!」
