"The only reason I don't give this listing a 5 star rating is because even though it showed a washer and dryer once we arrived the laundry closet was locked.We stayed for several weeks and packed our luggage taking in consideration that a washer and dryer were present. So, for us, this was quite a big deal. The other negative thing is that the owner never answered when I inquired about it. I sent two messages that were unanswered. Communication is important.
