「Booked 3 rooms for 5 days with my team … managers and staff wasn’t interested in correcting the issue of having no warm water for showers… a basic amenity for staying in a hotel. This alone would recommend never staying at this property.
“Restaurant and bar” were substandard and location extremely difficult to find and far from main town.」

「Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same.
