「Our second morning there was nothing to drink with the breakfast. No coffee or juice.」

「This place is ok. We were assigned a room right next to the elevator so I went to the desk and asked to be moved away from the elevator. I was told that the only other King bed room was one floor up, also next to the elevator. Hmmm. Really? So I asked about two queens. She could not change me to a different type of room. Hmmm. Really? It turned out to be a non-issue because the elevator broke a couple of hours after we got there and stayed "out-of-order" for about a day and a half. We didn't eat...

「Couldn't use tub drain plug was bricked. The breakfast was closed.」

「Crickets in bed rooms. Management told me it was my fault for opening the door! Funny thing is when we first walked in the crickets greeted us . Pool water was dirty. Could not see the bottom. Didn't swim because we weren't sure the water was safe. Will never stay at Hotel Cricket" again.」

「Hosts were great to deal with.」

「It was a nice camping spot, but not really a couples retreat. There was mich less privacy than what we expected, and there is very little room in the sleeping loft. It was clean, and we enjoyed having a fire and time in the hot tub.」

「What am amazing place to stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet and stocked with everything needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to hike the property or go to Mammoth Cave due to the two days of pouring rain. We did get to relax and that was great.」

「The property itself was as listed, but we spent an hour trying to find it. We had to stop and ask a resident of the area for directions. He said “good luck with that place. They’ve been shut down a few times” He also warned us about copperheads and rattlesnakes. We were never able to contact the host. VRBO offered to find us another place. We ended up staying at a hotel. VRBO said that they will compensate us for the cost 」

「The Loft was clean, comfy, convenient, cozy, quiet, and cute!! Had everything we needed. A perfect blend of vintage and modern. A 15-20 minute drive to Mammoth Cave. Just steps away from fun/friendly night life and dining. Excellent coffee shop (Ace Coffe) within walking distance. No problems checking in and great communication with the owner. Would stay again in a heartbeat.」

「Tonya was an INCREDIBLE host! We wish we’d planned to stay more nights! Next time we will! Loved the horses and Dragonfly Ranch! Our family will definitely be back for a longer stay!!!」

「Host made false claims and tried to extort extra money out of me. Even threatened me with the police with no proof of said claims. Shame because it is a beautiful place.」

「The cabin was clean and in a good location for what we were looking for. The cabin could use a little TLC with a few minor maintenance issues but overall a nice stay」
