「I loved this place! The cabin was so cozy and so quiet. Mother nature did not participate so i didn't wander as much as i would have liked to, but I'll be back! The only thing the photos don't show are the few cows on the property. I was a little surprised but in a good way! The host is extremely friendly and inviting. It's a very beautiful property to visit. 10/10!」

「Our room overlooked a mall roof and a mall parking lot. was there for 4 days and never had turn down service or new towels. Ran out of shampoo and had to ask for some. The folks I seen were friendly at the front desk but no one was available when we checked out. I felt Ghosted.」

「The cabin was adorable but I didn’t realize the two person cabin had no bathroom. We were at the top of the hill and had to drive downhill to the bath house. Would have been nice to have a bathroom at least near our cabin to use at night. Also it was a surprise for the $200 deposit to come out the day before our arrival in addition to what we paid. Everything was clean and nice other than that.」

「We were visiting family in a small town nearby that has no lodging accommodations. This was an excellent option. Friendly and welcoming staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. If you have extra time there’s lots of shopping and eating within walking distance. We 100% would stay here again.」

「Great size place ,very secluded for time of the year. Parking is a lil tight for two trucks two boats bùt some great neighbors let us park one rig up the hill only down fall to any of it was no trash bags for the trash can ! Other then that they brought in a extra DVD player cause they said the other di t work ! We fish eat and sleep there dont really hang out so wasnt a issue at all but will use it again if available plus our friends booked there other place which is really nice two !」

「We wanted a peaceful getaway and that’s what got at the Buck Shack. We were a short drive with breathtaking views and landscapes. We enjoyed a campfire with s’mores at night. Enjoyed the sound of nature and birds singing. Had excellent communication with host and most everything we needed when we arrived. The indoor decor is rustic and beautifully decorated with small accents and details. Highly recommend!☺️」
