「I was very surprised & impressed at the large size of the room & its cleanliness. Very comfortable. A few items were worn & could use repair. The pool desperately needed a cleaning. Breakfast was ok & simple. Eggs were cold & dry, but then learned the normal breakfast cook was out. All staff were very warm, friendly, & helpful!」

「Centrally located beyween Caprock and Palo Duro Canyons and Amarillo and Lubbock so it served its purpose. Missing some amenities including cooking utensils (flipping eggs with a scraper), no hot pads, no wash clothes. For the money it was good just be aware and prepared.」

「No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. 」

「The heat in our room was not working. Outside temperature was 21. A second room proved to be still under renovation. The third room was acceptable. So in the end, it worked out.」
