「The staff was very accommodating. We were assigned a room on 2nd floor which would have been very difficult as there were no elevators. They switched our room and we appreciate that. Also there was plenty of clean linen. The hot breakfast was good, eggs and make your own waffles. However the bathroom was very tight and the floor was slippery as if it had been waxed. The toilet also backed up on morning of departure.」

「I was given an accessible room equipped with a wheelchair shower. While I am ambulatory, I thought it ironic that with the building equipped with an accessible guest room, there were no curb ramps anywhere along the parking lot curb for a wheelchair to gain access to the main entrance. It should be noted that this omission is a violation of The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and should be corrected.」

「No frills, which is perfect for me. Great staff, especially the gentleman in the evening. Quite helpful. Good breakfast.」

「Only stayed one night but location and price was perfect, bed comfortable. Pillows could be better and i picked up a piece of trash in bath that had been overlooked by cleaning staff. Overall a very good choice!」

「One site (can’t remember) listed it as a 3 star property. Wish I had questioned that, bc it’s 2 stars. And there were definitely nicer (and cleaner!) 2 star properties alongside (like Microtel). Staff were super nice, but the carpet on the elevator was pretty gross. Our room was clean, but the whole floor (including the room) smelled strongly of cigarettes. And the hallways were creepy dark.」

「No elevator, back entrance door that was supposed to open with key card pulled open without using keycard, fire doors propped open, non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, TV remote did not work , half a roll of toilet paper and no extra, gross food in the freezer, bed very uncomfortable. Staff very rude When we asked for a working remote.」

「The motel was closed for renovation. I found myself in a strange town without a reserved motel room ... had to search for a new room. Yet Expedia took my money! I want a refund!」
