「Room 213....., the location of the room, sucks. Right above the main automatic doors to the hotel so you can here them opening and closing until late in the evening. Then the elevators are right on the otherside of one wall. So, you get to here everyone leave at 6:30 in the morning.」

「The staff were great and the breakfast was good. The only issue I’d say is that the whole hotel smelled musty and possibly moldy.」

「First off we tried to check in at 140pm and Kristina told me all the rooms dirty, booked night before. And to come back at 3pm. Wait a minute they can clean all the rooms in 90 minutes. Anyhow went to check in and there was continuous downpour of water in lobby lobby. Staff scrambling all over. Except at front desk. Elevators down, then someone got locked in elevator. No water pressure in room when we got there. Then when it did come back every flush of the toilet lasted 2 and a half minutes....

「We went to the spread Eagle Tavern and Inn for an overnight stay for a special birthday trip. We had never been there before but had found the information on the Internet very unique and interesting. Upon arriving at the property, we were greeted with a very friendly desk attendant, that checked us in and showed us to our room, which was the Madison room. The room and bathroom were very clean.
