「Wonderful experience, Ms Moose gave us great kindness and service. 」

「Good staff, good property. Convenient walk to the beach and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Not your average eggs and bacon, you get many options. The one thing I have a complaint about is the shower was not all that it’s like a rain shower head and the faucet had broke so I couldn’t manage the temperature. I did not complain to the staff about it bc it wasn’t a deal breaker I just dealt with it and the water was warm. If you use all the coffee pods in the room they will charge...

「If you have ever been to Cancun, and loved the service from the staff. Don't go to Grenada. The island itself is a sorry crumbling infrastructure I would expect in a much poorer country. Coyaba Beach resort gets 2 stars..one for the best beach I have ever walked on, and 2 for the best ocean swim I've ever had. The stuff they had nothing to do with ! 」

「Not good staff service especially receptionists」
