「We had a lovely 4 night stay while visiting family in Great Yarmouth. The staff was first class and took care of our every need. We had a great breakfast each morning and a very good light dinner on one night during our stay. We will stay at the Imperial Hotel on our next visit.」

「Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up.」

「The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. 」

「Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. 」

「It’s an old building and the bathrooms especially are a bit tired but for the price it’s great and the bedding/bed was great. 」

「A lovely and friendly hotel. My room was great with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast (full english) was great, with all elements cooked to perfection. I stayed a couple of nights to go to Yarmouth races. Only a few minutes drive away and if the weather was better, I would have walked. It's about a 40 minutes walk, along the sea front then a few minutes inland. Or 20 minutes walk the other way and you're into the heart of Yarmouth. So the hotel is convenient, whatever you're looking for.」
