「Reception staff were pleasant, though noticeably lacking in basic local knowledge, such as the location of nearby bus stops. The room allocated did not match the full sea view room that had been paid for, and although £50 was deducted from the bill, this did not adequately compensate for the downgrade. 「Lovely room and welcome by the Bev and the staff at the hotel who showed us to our room. The only downside to it was it was at the top of a steep staircase with no lift but it was a lovely big room with everything you needed. There was also a useful fridge in the room but we couldn’t use it as it was locked and didn’t have the key.」
