「Very nice place, perfect for our family. A short drive from Bellagio. it had all the amenities we needed. Wonderful balcony overlooking Lake Como. Marianna is a great host. She helped us with a lot of details and suggestions. Lezzeno is underrated in the reviews of Lake Como. In addition to proximity to Bellagio, it had several very good restaurants. Stone House was one of the best restaurants I have been to. Be aware, parking is difficult all along the lake, but not impossible. 」

「My family and I really liked staying here. Difficult to find but that was car’s navigation issue. Only 15 mins from main center of Bellagio. Communication with owner was top notch and he was extremely helpful and nice. Very peaceful and quiet. Only downfall is the bath tub in field directly in front of property but that probably belongs to another property. 」

「We chose this house with the hopes of feeling like a local. It did not let us down. Cute, Clean, Cozy and Complete. Low wood ceilings upstairs, incredible Lake and Mountain View from the main floor living room, and cool, ground level kitchen and outdoor dining with fireplace. A cobblestone path out front connects you to the small lakefront town of San Giovanni. Wonderful walk to 2 markets and Bellagio are easy and delightful. 「Wonderful view of Lake Como (and Lago di Lecco)! This place was perfect for us - quiet, comfortable, walkable, and spacious. If we come back to Bellagio, we will be staying here with Antonio! Such great hosts, Antonio, David, and Marina went above and beyond during our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!」
