「Clean room and comfortable beds. Not a lot to do in the area but we were just passing thru」

「Offered breakfast on websites actual breakfast was a granola bar and yogurt. Pitiful. Don’t offer breakfast when you don’t. That doesn’t even qualify as a continental breakfast. 」

「The owner help us out by giving us a ground floor room because stairs are a little hard for me to go up and down.」

「Tired & worn out property. Photographs totally out of date. Amenities not as shown. Cockroaches.」

「The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future.」

「The clerks were wonderful, rooms are clean. The bed is great, I did not get up with my back hurting not one time. It’s really quiet add I felt safe the whole time I was there. Close to fast food places. Easy to get into the hotel and out it sits right next to a red light.」

「Great property with all of the things our family needed for a few night stay. The property was clean and well stocked enough that we did not need to purchase anything out of the ordinary. The property is very accessible to town but just far enough from the noise and traffic to have a great "in the woods" feel. Great stay!」

「Affordable, clean room. Cold AC which is a good thing. Needs extra blanket put in room but the manager can get you one.」

「Property itself was great and matched the pictures! Cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. However the check in process was rough due to miscommunication. After we cleared up the miscommunication our stay was wonderful!」

「This home was so cute and charming. It was close to everything but also private. My fiancé and I needed a much needed get away and this place was perfect. Would definitely recommend this to anyone i know, might even book it for us again. 10/10」
