「This house was clean and pleasant. The host was very attentive and communication was root and accurate. The house was cute and clean. We stayed for a wedding in the area and all the neighbors were very nice. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to stay in the area. It had all the amenities that we needed.」

「毛布にはタバコの焼け焦げがあり、ゴキブリが壁をはい、冷蔵庫は酸化臭く食品を保存したくなく朝から外食にでました。ドリップのコーヒーが用意されていましたが、コーヒーメーカーは汚れていて飲むことができませんでした。入り口の鍵がひとつ壊れていたため夜は一晩中明かりを付けて寝ました。駅から近いホテルはここしか空きがなく仕方なく利用しました。残念ですがあまりお勧めは、出来ません。」

「This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. 」
