「チェックインは少し迷いましたが、1度覚えたら慣れました。部屋の中は広く清潔で景色も素晴らしかったです。 ただ家電の使い方が分かりづらく使用できないものもありました。特にエアコンの温度設定が出来ませんでした。」

「The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...

「西面駅からすぐで立地がよく、地下鉄までエレベーターがある場所なので重い荷物があっても楽でした。洗濯をしたい私にはとても快適でした。チェックイン直前にさまざまな連絡がマッサージで送られてくるので、少しどきどきしましたが問題はなかったです。不明な点はメッセージでやりとりできるため私は問題ありませんでした。」
