pro: room is clean and spacious Con: two out of three bedroom doors are broken, hard to fully close. Windows are making noise because of the wind at night. Communication is not smooth, at the beginning they send me message in English and at one point all the messages are in Korean and I have to copy paste and translate. All the controllers are in Korean, took us a while to figure out how to turn on lights and AC

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also very convenient. Lotte Premium Outlet is right across the street and within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place

Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Steps away from a 24 hour convenience store. Restaurants and Lotte Premium Mall is only a 5 minutes walk from the building. The ocean view from the balcony definitely adds to the tranquility needed on a vacation. Despite the language barrier, staff was friendly and willing to accommodate using a translation app. Overall, a wonderful stay!

海が見えるレジデンスで、部屋の広さや清潔感、騒音もなく快適に過ごせました。シャワールームとトイレが２つずつあるのが助かりました。 入館する際のパスワードの入力方法が少し難しかったのと、海雲台よりもさらに東側にあり、中心街よりは遠くて初心者には分かりにくい立地だと感じました。 近くにはコンビニや食堂、チキン屋やちょっとした市場があるので、食べるものにはそれほど困らないかなという印象です。

Large flat. Gorgeous view. Clean. Just three little things : the desk was hard to find, the house is very connected but there is no microwave, forks and knifes would be nice to have (spoons and chopsticks available). Definitely worth the price 😀

The suite was absolutely great and the ocean view was fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Nice Korean tech and filtered water :) The only thing we had trouble with was English directions for how to use the appliances, but we figured it out! It was difficult to find the main office, which was located on the first floor but not well marked. Very little English spoken here.

22평 파션오션뷰, 방2개, 더블베드2개, 난방은 더울만큼 잘되었고 호텔침구 깔끔, 조용. 체크인 앤 아웃에 불필요한 절차나 호텔 스텝과의 만남이나 줄서기 없어서 좋았어요. 1층 상가에 가마솥 떡볶이집 떡이 완전 쌀떡에 하얗고 깨끗한 튀김! 맛있었어요. 1층에 편의점도 있고 도보로 롯데 프리미엄 아울렛, 롯데몰 가능. 2-3가족 단위여행이면 또 여기로 올거 같아요
