「We absolutely loved our week at the Green Shutters. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool, we found the gîte very comfortable, and Gers is definitely an undiscovered gem of a region. And to top it off Ron and Ann are wonderful hosts!」

「We had a lovely stay with family. there were six of us staying and the property was spacious. The three main bedrooms had ceiling fans which helped on hot nights. The children enjoyed the pool, however the pool was deep for them and we had to purchase some inflatables for them to get the most out of swimming as they were unable to touch the bottom. The area surrounding the cottage was very peaceful but within walking distance was the castle, restaurants and the medieval siege. The main town...

「Gîte très agréable, au calme, avec le confort nécessaire Un aspirateur à l'étage serait néanmoins nécessaire, car il est difficile de monter un aspirateur de chantier pour des personnes d'un certain âge.」

「Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze gîte, met alle nuttige voorzieningen en proper onderhouden, met een fantastisch terras om altijd buiten te kunnen zitten, omgeven door een adembenemend landschap, ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en stiltegenieters. Prima ontvangst door de toffe eigenaar.」

「Tout était parfait : les hôtes sont présents comme il faut, le lieu est magique et les environs sympa à découvrir. La piscine est magique ! La maison est vraiment adaptée pour un sejour en famille et/ou entre amis. Tout le confort y est. On reviendra sans hésiter si on retourne dans le Gers.」

「The house was very functional and comfortable. A week of very hot weather meant the pool was fabulous. The gardens were spacious and peaceful and there was plenty to visit locally - medieval towns, a Gallo-Roman villa, wonderful markets with delicious fruit and veg. An idyllic week in a very beautiful area of France. And of course cheese and wine galore !」

「Very nice English influenced clean house. Big garden with all the privacy. Private parking just next to the house. We had very nice chats with the owner. Because of a bit rainy weather sometimes we didn't use the swimming pool much, but the pool was very big and nice to swim in. Thanks Chris and Gill for this lovely week!」
