「Steve at the front desk went above and beyond for service. I was in town working on a construction site and after a long day of work all I wanted was a soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately I forgot my trunks. I asked Steve where I could purchase some but all the places that might sell them had closed. I went to my room and after a few minutes Steve came to my door with a pair of his own shorts and offered them to me to use. I gladly excepted and had a relaxed soak in the hot tub. Thanks again...

「This is a unique hotel. At the time of our stay the hot tub and more significantly, the restaurant were closed. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew the restaurant was closed. Staff here are excellent at referrals for restaurants and stores. 」

「We came during shoulder season and the resort was empty but the staff was still on full service alert - they were attentive, friendly and met every need. The resort is beautiful, clean with great amenities, including the indoor spa and bowling. We will definitely return!」
