「Great location to walk to restaurant’s! Apartment was clean and reasonably priced.」

「We had a wonderful stay. All as described and clean and well-equipped.」

「This place was really beautiful. Ava goes out of her way to make her guests feel welcome. This place feels like home. Close to many things. We cant wait to go back next year.」

「Country Estates is well maintained inside and out., and the host responds in a timely manner whenever we had a question. The entire home is very clean with comfortable furniture, and pleasantly decorated with unique decor. All the rooms were clean and well equipped. It's far roomier than a hotel suite, where people can spread out and do their own activities in or outside. The room-appointed A/C and light-fans with remote controls were so nice to use, as each of us could enjoy our own temperature...

「Very clean. Lots of space」

「This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

「Great little place to stay.」

「The flat is adorable, very well kept, and centrally located in town. The owners, Sam and Jeff, have thought of so many little touches that make their flat feel like home. Sam, who is often working downstairs in Creekside Provisions, gave us tons of ideas for restaurants and things to do. She even made a dinner reservation for us! We had the best time in Berkeley Springs, and a big reason was the lovely stay we had in the Creekside Flat.」

「The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The host is awesome and responds quickly to any concerns or even just recommendations of the area. We stayed here and ventured out to the nearby trails and small towns. Our time at and around the cabin was very enjoyable.」

「The place wasn’t very busy and the man at the desk was very friendly and in fact, walked me down to my room and unlocked it for me and showed me around and showed me how to use the air conditioner/heater, so that was excellent. The room was very small just about big enough to put the bed, but I was just looking for a place to sleep overnight and so that was fine. I couldn’t get the television to work but I didn’t take a lot of time trying to figure it out either. So it was a good place to stay...
