「Location on the lake is beautiful. Sort of far from st albans 15-30 mins drive and 30-35 to Burlington. We visited for a UVM graduation so went back and forth a lot. Overall house is large and spacious with some updated amenities like appliances. Master is beautiful but other rooms are tight. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me.」

「The property is pristine and beautiful. Everything we needed was present including directions. It was walking distance to town. We hiked a lot and of course Stowe has many places to do that. We all agreed that it was the nicest place we've rented through VRBO. My communication with the owners was excellent and prompt. When we go back, this will be the 1st property we'll look for. 「The property manager did a good job taking care of a plumbing issue that interrupted our enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately, a plumber had to work about 2 hours Sun. night til 10:30 PM, and called in a plumber with a bigger auger who worked the next morning to unclog the basement pipe. 「The cabin itself was lovely the views breathtaking just a couple of hiccups really. We had a 4 Hour drive to get to the cottage which we got to a few minutes early before check-in before four. So we left and came back at four housekeeping was still there. My husband asked how long they would be. They said about a half an hour, so we sat in our car for half an hour. Once again, the cottage is lovely but the screened in porch area. The screens many of them are completely loose blowing in the wind....

「A nice, clean apartment that is within walking distance of just about everything in Burlington. It's a few blocks away from the lake and downtown. Lots of cool, funky places to eat and hang out. If you are not calorie or saturated fat averse, go check out Handy's Lunch, which is a block away on the corner. My only issue might be the bathroom, which is a bit small for a big guy like me. However, the place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Burlington!」

「The house is so much more spacious than it appears. Kitchen is a great size with abundant seating. Views are spectacular, people we met in the area were extremely friendly. We didn't stay in the summer, but this is definitely a perfect kayak base camp. Will definitely consider coming back in the summertime for just that.」

「This is a “lived-in” rustic log cabin and was perfect for our group of fishermen. Hanging out in the great room in the evenings was ideal. Just two suggestions -the can opener is missing a gear and the back up manual can opener is bent and bends too easily to function. We also look forward to evenings at the fire pit, but the lawn was uncut 1 to 2 feet tall -a mess and made using the fire pit and waterfront impossible.」

「My wife and I loved being here. It was a fantastic location and we enjoyed sunsets and people, boat, and birdwatching. The beds were super comfortable and it was very restful to sleep with the windows open and hear the birds chirping. The description is a little over the top with the 'sprawling back yard' and 'two-level patio' and 'sandy beach' - the yard and outdoor space are fine, if a little worse for wear.
