「Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. 」

Le seul bémol est que la chambre n’est pas nettoyé après une nuit, seulement si vous passez 3 nuits après la deuxième nuit la chambre sera faites. A la réception lorsque questionner sur ce sujet ont nous a répondu que c’était le standard de IHG cette pratique sans aucune autres explications.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. 「The large unit was clean and warm. Loved the fireplace! The kitchen was stocked with all essential kitchen items needed to make a great meal after a day on the mountain. Quick walk to Smugglers Notch Mountain. We were surprised with a local welcoming gift on arrival. Great host communication before/during & after our stay! 」
