「I particularly liked the staff who were all very friendly. There was one in particular who was a model employee but I have forgotten his name. He did everything. Worked at the front desk, bar, kitchen, and he was very fast. He transferred our heavy suitcases with a smile and no fuss. His employer should be very proud of him. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and by the water.」

「ブルターニュ地方観光のため，家族で１泊しました。土曜日の宿泊でさらに到着が遅れたため，午後にフロントから電話連絡を受け，デジコードで入館することは了解していました。しかし，ホテルに着いてみると，ポストの中に各部屋の鍵が封筒に入れられた状態で収納されていたため，他の部屋の鍵を使うことも容易でした。また，車での旅だったため，駐車場を利用したかったのですが，夜間連絡先に電話をしても，「予約をしていないと，利用できません」と言われてしまいました。到着が遅れたため仕方ないのですが，それにしてもルームキーの保管方法等，大いに問題があると感じました。」

「Service excellent. Restaurant très bon. Localisation top. Manque quelques finitions et détails (peinture etc) pour faire passer au niveau encore supérieur. Nous reviendrons」
