「Check in we rough—we arrived to Rochester around 1:45 AM and the gentleman checking us in wanted to get the Door App working instead of just giving us key card. I explained I had downloaded the App but that it gave me no login instructions after about 20 minutes of going back and forth and me just asking him repeatedly for a different option he said he figured out the problem and that the property itself never “invited” me to use the app. What a pain!
