「I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. 「現在はシェラトンではなく、ABUJA CONTINETAL HOTELです。もともとあった1階の受付は閉じられており、その横に小さな机が２つ置かれて、臨時の受付をしていました。1階にはオフィスやお店がありますが、大くが営業活動をしていません。部屋は活気がなく、ひと気もまばらです。私の客室通路のランプは壊れ、灯はついていませんでした。通路の先はごみが散らかっていました。ワードローブの扉はうまく空きませんでした。スプリンクラーの数が少なく、火災が起きた際は心配です。一方で、毎日水は提供してくれました、朝食もおいしくいただきました。シャワーのお湯も、水圧も問題ありません。WIFI環境は部屋によって異なります。私が最初に使った部屋は、数日後にアクセスできなくなりましたが、引っ越しした部屋ではうまく利用できました。リノベーションをしての再生を期待しています。」

「Amazing stay. Premium facilities and clean rooms. Second time I am staying here in a year on visiting Nigeria. Great experience, lovely menu, reception staff need improving attitude (but that's a management issue), very comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu also needs upgrading. I highly recommend.」
