「Front desk closes at 7pm, could not check in and had to get a room at another hotel 20 miles away. Very annoying, will never stay there. We make the trip between Columbia and Charlotte regularly and we were hoping this hotel, that looked cute on the website, would be our preferred place. Bar/restaurant was also not open on Sat night at 9pm when we arrived. There was only 1 other car in the parking lot, it actually looked like the hotel was permanently closed.」

「NO HOT TUB I booked this room to help my wife relieve some stress we enjoy pools and hot tubs. This hotel has no hot tub and the pool was closed despite advertising a "public hot tub" and pool online.」

「The property was as advertised and had many more amenities than stated. The host was very kind and added to the enjoyment of our stay and quick to communicate. We will definitely plan on staying here on our next trip to the area. The wildlife was a plus.」
