「The property is located in serene cozy environment. It is generally clean and welcoming. It however, appears under-utilised 」

「The property was nice. The staff was pleasant. The food was good. Clean rooms, housekeeping was very very good. The bed was comfortable. No complaints for the duration of the stay. The hotel does not have a lift so must climb stairs to rooms. The stairs are clean and in an open space but if you have any physical ailments may pose an issue. 」

「It was my 1st time in Nigeria since 2016 and i also went alone. This hotel was commended due to its location and also because of safety. I definitely wouldn't mind going back again. 「I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Enugu over the Christmas period and it’s not bad. It’s a smaller hotel and the rooms are an ok size. I love they have a lounge area and sit down area. The room service was good as well. When I booked I was told complimentary breakfast but that was non existent . I can say that customer service was good. As far as improvement when a guest checks in to a new room I don’t expect to see my pillowcase or sheets with holes or stains. Although this was...

「Rooms are too small, not value for money and not well maintained. The AC in my room was gushing out water like tap. The bathroom glass shield fell off and wasn't fixed. The AC in the property seems inferior as it doesn't cool effectively」
