"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Great to stay over night before catching ferry home , lovely to walk down the beach in the evening , lots of food places. "

"Excellent location across from the Guggenheim museum. Nice walk to old town for pintxos, close to shopping and restaurants. Also enjoyed the bar at the hotel. Front desk staff was really helpful. Room was clean & comfortable, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Would stay here again!"
