Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns.

Very modern apartment with everything you would need for a great stay. Beds and sofa bed were all really comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the football stadium. Would highly recommend.

This place is so cute, we loved it, clean, nice and great smell, i wish i could of stay longer, we will stay here again

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things we feel could be communicated more clearly in the listing. The space would be more accurately described as a studio rather than an apartment. Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car. The map location directs you to the exterior of the building complex, but the actual studio is located within an interior pedestrian-only area that cannot be reached by car. With very limited parking or places to stop nearby, loading and unloading luggage can be quite challenging. These issues didn’t prevent us from enjoying Bilbao, but clearer information about the type of accommodation and how to access it would help future guests plan accordingly and avoid surprises upon arrival.

El apartamento estaba impoluto y nuevo.Por el apartamento ninguna queja.Tuvimos un problema que no supieron solucionar con soltura.Cuando hice la reserva pregunté si podíamos entrar un poco antes en el apartamento y me dijeron que si estaba libre ese día, podría sin problema.Un par de días antes o así me escribieron diciéndome que podría entrar a las 15:00 sin problema.Que me enviarian a esa hora las claves para poder entrar al apartamento.Llegó el día y estuvimos haciendo tiempo.Las 15:15 y aún sin claves para entrar.Llamo y me las mandan.No se podía entrar.Otra vez a llamar, cambiaban claves y se seguía sin poder acceder al apartamento.Al final acabamos entrando a la hora oficial de entrada, a las 16:00h pasadas porque nos cambiaron de apartamento ,cuando podían haberlo hecho desde el principio y haber evitado una hora esperando y pasando calor en la calle con dos niñas pequeñas.Esto de atender a clientes a distancia no lo veo
