So this was an interesting weekend. It might have involved the Coast Guard, a helicopter, and needing to be rescued, but that was the day before this was taken.

To try to salvage what was left of this trip, I had heard of a cypress swamp near Savannah. We ended up kayaking around this beautiful swamp and looking up at these mammoth trees with their roots totally exposed. The entire trip is about 8 miles, but where this was taken is a nice small paddle if you are interested.

"This place was perfect. It was clean and spacious. (2 people- mother and daughter) greeted with welcoming staff, valet was proactive and explained how they worked. We were not hurried. Area around the hotel was walkable to everything - downtown, dining, shopping, walk near the River. All within a few minutes. "
