「👍」

「Upon arriving I was meant by Mrs Tonya and I can't remember the other young lady's name that works afternoon shift on October 31st 2026.. They were extremely nice and extremely helpful. Both greeted you with a smile and joked and clown with me because I did request an early check-in. But they were more than happy to accommodate me and my daughter as we were coming from out of town and had no where else to go for the next 3 hours... Every time I saw them they were both greeting me with hello...

「Couldn't be a better location. Very welcoming place. Relaxing. Quiet. Wonderful place to stay.」

「Google GPS needs to be updated a little. The cabin was nice and we had great cell reception. We are older and I didn’t think to ask if was ground level. The stair case was new and very sturdy, we are just old.」

「Very clean- comfortable home」

「Nice cozy getaway, near Baton Rouge but very peaceful! Owner is very friendly and helpful! The property is nice with lots to do, great place for a mini reunion!」

「A lot of toiletries were provided which was nice.」

「We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament, and it was by far one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. The condition of this home does not come close to matching its 9.5 rating. When we arrived, the yard was completely unmaintained with very tall grass. Someone did show up to mow, but left grass clippings all over the driveway and sidewalk. We had to clean it ourselves just to get our luggage into the house. The inside was even worse. The moment we opened the door, we were hit with...

「Zero effort was exerted to prepare this property for visitors, it was in a very neglected filthy state. We had visitors drop by on Saturday and I was embarrassed that they had to walk into the house through the entrance. The interior of the house was in the same neglected, filthy state. We purchased cleaning supplies and spent 4 hours cleaning the house. The floors were very dirty, and we purchased a Swiffer and cleaned the floors thoroughly. Just out of curiosity, we moved the couch and you can...

「The property was clean and themed nicely. Small toiletries (soap, lotion, etc.) were provided. Kitchen had a stocked Keurig which was nice along with tea and a kettle. The property owner was very nice and responded to messages and questions very quickly. Keep in mind that the home sits right on a busy road and neither upstairs bedroom has a door, so bring ear plugs! Also, the claw foot tub in the (only) bathroom does fit the theme but it is quite a climb to get up into and the hot and cold knobs...

「I was very pleased with the area, location, and host. when I had a question, the host responded promptly. It was an excellent stay. We will be staying at this location when we return again.」

「I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but future guests should be aware of our experience. The property was poorly maintained. The exterior was dirty, and while the inside initially appeared clean, my children’s feet were black after only a few minutes of walking barefoot. We found bugs on the floors, spiderwebs with live spiders, and brown water coming from both the tap and refrigerator. There was no Wi-Fi or cable, and because the property is in a remote area, cell service was extremely...

「Great stay. Cute and comfortable home! And very clean and great location! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!」
