On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would come back again. Only downside is it’s quite expensive to extend your checkout if you have a later flight €30 euros per hour. Wish there were more shuttle bus times in the middle of the afternoon, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you’ll need an Uber to get to the station and shops."
