「The property was very clean upon arrival. Daren was great and very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. The location is not bad, considering we had to drive to the city daily. The neighborhood is not the best looking, but we didn’t have any problems and felt safe.」

「The listing states that it sleeps 14 but I was told that there is an additional visitor fee after 6 people AFTER I had paid in full on a non- refundable listing. The two lower levels flooded and NO ONE responded to my calls or texts. If the owner/ manager didn’t like the comments or questions that I asked of her she would not respond. Overall the place looks good in pictures but I would never book a property with Sara B again. I’m still waiting for a refund that is owed to my and I am yet to...

「Nice and clean and great communication from host. I would suggest stocking the bathrooms with more towels. One per person for a 3 day stay is not enough. Conferences do not give a person a lot of time to wash towels. They are cheap and no reason not to have at least double that. Thanks」

「I booked this property for a birthday dinner and party. The game/living room is perfect for socializing - aside from the pool table and arcade games theres Jenga, cards and connect4 too. The back patio was great for the smokers. Our dinner was outdoors - the backyard isn't leveled in most areas and faces the main road so we opted to setup on the side of the house instead. We didn't use the hot tub but we looked at it and it seemed pretty clean. I wish there was a few more amenities available...

「We really enjoyed our stay. It was all that we needed to have our family ceremony. The space had a lot of amenities that our family loved and can't wait to enjoy again in the future. The only issues we have is that the roadway was very Rocky and uneven damaging a couple of her family members vehicles. And the littering and the trash on the way to the space through the driveway that we had to take our time to clean up that went into our whole trash as a whole. Which didn't belong to us to begin...

The apartment is located in a very quiet and old neighborhood and is the perfect distance away from downtown Atlanta (15-20 minute drive). Snacks and coffee were provided and all appliances were full size. We would be happy to stay here again.」
