「Perfect spot for a night sleep while on the road. Room was clean and comfortable. 」

「Everything was in fairly decent condition only concern involved a place to safe to let pet perform its bodily functions plus a request to pay extra for the pet by cash」

「Had to slam the door for it to catch and lock. Room was filthy. Not sure the cleaning crew had done anything but change the sheets. And even then the sheets had huge stains. The toilet paper holder in the restroom was one of those that needs a key to replace the roll, and empty. We essentially had a bulky side table to keep the roll on. Chairs had questionable stains and the wooden ones had even more questionable sturdiness. A/C barely moved the air, much less cool it. Then a staff member...

「Say no to this hotel. Reception is a small room with the clerk behind glass (bullet proof?). Not at all like the picture on the site. There were 2 burn holes in the bedcover, women making greenery spread across the sidewalk (a business being run on site?), a toilet sitting in the parking lot, there was no signal on the TV and the WiFi was compromised. There was a man hanging around the side of the building. Totally unsafe - don't know who would want to stay here.」

「Perfect host stayed in contact with me from start to finish. She went over and beyond to make the time with my family perfect. 」

「Bedding was very dirty, room was dirty, light in bathroom was broken and did not work. The floors felt like you would fall through them at any moment. Felt very unsafe. 」

「Mostly there is no breakfast even though the images for the hotel start showing the lobby with breakfast. 」

「The host was terrific and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The house did have very doggie smells though. I travel with a small 8 lbs fur baby so I appreciate pet friendly rentals. However, this one had very strong pet odors in every room. Also, no hand soaps at any sinks. It’s okay. We got some and left for the next guests. But overall, this was a nice last minute accommodation and Susan was super nice. 」

「We enjoyed our stay here overall. The home is spacious, quiet, and clean, and located in a very nice neighborhood. It has so much potential to be a 10/10 stay.That said, there is quite a bit of deferred maintenance that future guests should be aware of. We noticed loose tiles throughout the property that could pose a tripping hazard, as well as some loose fixtures. Unfortunately, the pool was green and unusable during our visit.
