The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."

"It was bad, from the arrival they didn't give us one of the booked rooms we booked to triple bed rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 single bed room, the so called breakfast was a piece of bread, not a continental breakfast, also the rooms not cleaned by housekeeping and had roaches (i have pictures), and when informed to the staff they just ignored us, this is not right to charge us so much for what, we paid for something we didn't get and also we had to kinda sleep with roaches and bad...
